What type of connectivity does the SoloProtect ID Touch use?

The SoloProtect ID Touch operates on 4G LTE cellular networks and has a roaming SIM for optimal coverage. If cellular signal strength is poor and the device is in range of your organisation’s Wi-Fi network, the device seamlessly switches to Wi-Fi calling to maintain connectivity.

How does the SoloProtect Rip Pin feature enhance user safety?

The Rip Pin automatically triggers a Red Alert if an assailant forcibly removes the device from the lanyard. The Rip Pin being removed ensures quick escalation and emergency response.
