How it works

The SoloProtect Monitoring Center (or "Emergency Dispatch Center") handles all of the lone worker alarms generated by SoloProtect users in the US. Our highly-trained operators are ready to listen in to alarm calls, verify the seriousness of the incident taking place and initiate an appropriate response e.g. sending the emergency services to the worker's location and/or notifying a manager or colleague of the incident.

After a Red Alert is raised, our experienced operators are listening in just 4 seconds
