The ARC team responded to 51,421 UK alarms this year, showcasing industry-leading response times and care. By routing alarms through our expert operators rather than directly relying on emergency services, in partnership with our clients, we help save UK taxpayers over £7 Million every year. Over the past three years, we’ve seen a 132% rise in physical attack alerts and a 104% increase in weapon-related incidents, with weapon use reaching its highest during the past six months- which is a concerning trend. In these escalating situations, the ARC's response is vital, delivering real-time monitoring and critical support to defuse threats and ensure help arrives when it’s needed most.

Our ARC operators are the unsung heroes of SoloProtect’s impact. Whether at 2 AM on a Sunday or during a busy working day, they bring the same care and expertise to the 4,300 alarms they handle each month. Here’s a genuine alert story from 2024.  

A worker at a local convenience store activated their personal safety device when an aggressive man entered the store holding an axe and shouting threats. Having heard the distress and verified the situation, the operator quickly organised a Level 1 police dispatch. Police arrived to deal with the situation, and the operator stayed listening until safety was confirmed.
