“How fast do I get a response?”
The SoloProtect device will contact the SoloProtect Monitoring Centre or an Alarm Contact (depending on the specified solution), in order to a facilitate alarm verification and/or escalation. This typically happens within 4 seconds.
"Are the police called every time I press the Red Alert button?"
No. The operators in our Monitoring Centre are specially trained to listen into the live incident and quickly decide on an appropriate response. In some cases, the police will be called. But, in others, it may only be necessary to notify a manager or colleague.
"How often should I charge my lone worker device?"
We recommend that you charge your device daily, as you would a mobile phone. That will ensure you start your working day with a fully charged lone worker device.
"I'm interested in your solution but I have some questions about how it works. What should I do?"
