Lily, the manager of a local convenience store, pressed the Red Alert button when an aggressive man holding an axe entered the store.

Ryan, a retail worker, activated the Red Alert when a group of shoplifters became verbally and physically abusive. The audio from the scene captured shouting, screaming, and distress, with threats of violence and urgent calls for Police assistance.

A group of known shoplifting teenagers had attempted to steal food, leading to a confrontation with security. Thankfully, with Police intervention, the incident was under control.

Chloe’s Story: Aggressive Customer Refund Dispute

Chloe, a retail worker, activated her safety device when a male customer became aggressive over a refund dispute. The audio captured him demanding his money back, raising his voice, and making threats while getting in Chloe’s face.

Throughout the incident, he remained verbally abusive. As the situation escalated, a colleague explained why a refund was not possible. Unwilling to accept this, the male’s aggression intensified.
